In this pavilion the vicissitudes of the war of Valona (1920) are introduced followed by the events of years `20 - `30 and of the fascist dictatorship of Benito Mussolini. The War of Spain and the Albanian volunteers who participated in it have an important role. The archival and photographic documents represent the diplomatic attempts of King Zogper to rebel against the military dominion of Albania by Fascist Italy and also the request to the western democracies.

The various materials introduce the spontaneous resistance of 7^th April 1939 and the expulsion of King Zog from Albania.

The vicissitudes and events that have to do with fascism in Albania and the beginning of the anti-fascist organized resistance are illustrated in chronological order. The creation of the Albanian Communist Party, of the other political organizations like Balli Kombëtar and Legalitetà, are presented with documents of the Central Archives of the State.

There is a documentation of the creation of the first anti-fascist Ceta led by Myslym Peza and, later on, of the organization of the Conference of Peza, on 16^th September 1942, an assembly in , which the delegates took place without any distinction of religion, region and political opinion. The creation of the first Cete is introduced also in a separate section. The documents and the photos are an example of the increasing numbers of these partisan organisms, later organized in armed battalions, brigades and armed bodies, and the role of the great allies and their missions in Albania.

For the first time in this section the antifascism in Çamëri and the organization of the population against fascism with many relics of people who died during the war against the Italian-German Nazi-fascism are documented.
